By downloading, installing or using Futgenix (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please uninstall the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Futgenix on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
3. Free app
Futgenix is provided free of charge. The App may show ads to support development. We may add optional paid features in the future; if so, they will be clearly marked.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the App's source code.
- Don't use the App in violation of applicable laws.
- Don't attempt to abuse our APIs, scrape data at scale or interfere with other users' experience.
5. Live data
Live scores, fixtures, lineups and statistics are pulled from third-party providers. We work hard to keep this data accurate but we cannot guarantee it is always 100% correct or up to the second.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any specific match data will always be available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futgenix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
