Getting started
How do I install Futgenix?
Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad and search Futgenix, or tap the direct link. Install is free with no sign-up.
Do I need an account?
No. Futgenix doesn't ask for an email, phone number or password. Open it and you're following football straight away.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad running iOS 16 or later. Futgenix works on Wi-Fi and cellular and is optimised for both portrait and landscape on iPad.
Live scores & alerts
How fast are live scores?
Scores refresh within seconds of a goal. We use official data feeds with a real-time push channel so you usually see goals before they hit social media.
How do I enable goal alerts?
The first time you open the app you'll be asked for notification permission. Tap Allow. Then go to any team or competition and turn on alerts. You can fine-tune what you're notified about — goals only, kick-off, half-time, full-time, red cards.
I'm not getting alerts. What now?
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Futgenix and make sure notifications are enabled. Then in Futgenix, check that the team or match has alerts switched on. If alerts still don't arrive, kill the app and relaunch — the push token will refresh.
Competitions & coverage
Which leagues are covered?
Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Eredivisie, Liga Portugal, MLS, Saudi Pro League, plus 90+ other domestic competitions. International coverage includes the World Cup, Euros, Copa America, AFCON, Asian Cup and World Cup qualifiers from every confederation.
Will every World Cup match be in the app?
Yes. Every group game, every knockout, the final and any penalty shoot-out are tracked live. Group tables update with each result, and the bracket fills in automatically as teams advance.
Are women's competitions included?
Yes — the Women's World Cup, UEFA Women's Champions League, NWSL and major European leagues are all in the app.
Privacy & data
What data does Futgenix collect?
Only the minimum needed to deliver scores and notifications. We don't ask for your name, email or contact list. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
How do I reset my preferences?
Open the app, go to Settings → Reset. This clears your followed teams, alert rules and personal preferences. Your device is back to a fresh state.
